Last Minute Orders
Kartel requires 48 hours notice on catering orders to guarantee all items can be fulfilled. Any orders within 48 hours notice may be subject to amendments if items cannot be accommodated. Kartel will make every effort to assist you with any late orders and kindly ask that you to call us to discuss these options.

Order Amendments
Kartel will always accommodate any changes to your order. We kindly request all changes to be submitted by 2pm the day prior to delivery. If amendments are needed on the day, we kindly ask for you to call us to discuss what options we have available.
Order Details
All information provided to Kartel Catering via website, email or telephone are deemed to all be correct, including the items ordered, delivery address, delivery time, dates, and contact details.
Any orders placed using the shopping cart are deemed to be correct and final. Any incorrect information that has not been rectified 24 hours prior to the delivery time may result in 100% of the original invoice being charged to the Client.
Delivery
Free delivery for all Melbourne CBD orders. A delivery charge will apply to all areas outside the CBD
Kartel delivers between 6:30am and 5pm weekdays. Deliveries outside these hours will be subject to additional charges.
Weekend & Public Holiday Orders
Weekend & Public Holiday orders are available on request. Statutory penalty rates and surcharges will apply.
Order Confirmation
Clients must notify Kartel immediately if a confirmation email is not received or if a confirmation email has been received but is incorrect.
Any discrepancies that Kartel has not been notified of prior to the delivery or cut off times may result in the Client being charged
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation charges apply where costs have been incurred for food, labour and/or equipment hire.
We understand that sometimes cancellations occur that are completely out of your control. We will always endeavour to do our best to find a new home for cancelled orders and will work with you to minimise the cost as best we can.
Terms of Trade Pre-payment or as mutually agreed
Payments
ยท VISA, Mastercard, AMEX & EFT - 2% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.
Deposits
All orders that require onsite staff, a 50% deposit is required to be paid prior to order confirmation.
Goods & Services Tax (GST)
All prices quoted on our website and shopping cart are inclusive of GST.
